At Rosario’s Boutique, we value our customers and strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy outlined below:

All Sales Are Final

Due to the intimate nature of our products, including lingerie, dancewear, swimwear, shoes, accessories, and hats, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items.  

Exceptions and Store Credit

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, while we do not offer refunds, we may provide store credit at our discretion. To be eligible for consideration, items must be:
    •    Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
    •    Accompanied by all original tags and packaging intact.

Please note that hygienic liners must be in place for swimwear and intimates.  

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.  

How to Initiate a Return for Store Credit

    4.    Receive Store Credit: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue store credit equal to the original purchase price, minus any shipping charges. We will notify you via email once the process is complete.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are ineligible for returns or exchanges, including:

    •    Lingerie
    •    Hosiery
    •    Swimwear

Damaged or Defective Items
